The compact and powerful Hella Marine high-performance handheld searchlight provides an indispensable aid that makes night sailing and berthing maneuvers extremely easy. The searchlight impresses with powerful brightness. From a triple 10 watt LED chipset it generates 2500 lumens of neutral white light with a power consumption of only 36 W*. The corrosion- and UV-resistant housing protects the internal electronics from all external influences. Furthermore, the electronics are protected by integrated reverse polarity, overvoltage and undervoltage protection. This guarantees a long service life.

The ergonomic handle is equipped with a watertight ON/OFF switch on the top. A morse key is also accessible in the grip area. At the bottom of the handle there is an adaptor bushing (17.5 mm inner-Ø) for a separately available mounting foot, which can be mounted firmly on deck. By loosening a thumbscrew, the searchlight can perfectly be aligned on the mounting foot and the grip position can be adjusted as needed.

Power is supplied via a coiled cable with cigarette lighter plug. Integrated inside the plug: a small red LED indicating the presence of the operating voltage and a 15 A miniature fuse (6.3 x 32 mm). The coiled connection cable is approx. 70 cm long and may be extended to a length of approx. 3.5 m.

• With the appropriate handle setting the searchlight can also be placed on the ground. The radiation angle can also be adjusted in this position. In order to do so, a self-locking nut must be loosened - a tool with a 13mm wrench size is required.
• Matching spare fuses can be found under item 10244.
• During operation, the searchlight housing will be warm - this is normal.
